• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of mrcn88 or any of its group companies;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion, voluntary exclusion, or regulatory ban from gambling services.

mrcn88 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any time. Where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, mrcn88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant Account and withhold funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account with mrcn88. The creation of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any associated Wallet balance.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You acknowledge that mrcn88 may request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. mrcn88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You agree to notify mrcn88 immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your Account.

mrcn88 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable international anti-money laundering standards. Full KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal requests can be processed. mrcn88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mrcn88 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Supported payment methods include, but are not limited to, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and FPX bank transfers through participating Malaysian financial institutions including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank.

Deposits. Deposit requests are generally credited to your mrcn88 Wallet within minutes of a successful payment processor confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. mrcn88 does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal;
• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account or method previously used to deposit into the mrcn88 Wallet, or otherwise approved by mrcn88 following identity verification;
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies as displayed on the withdrawals page;
• Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are met;
• mrcn88 targets a withdrawal processing time of 30 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours; however, processing times may extend during periods of high volume or where enhanced verification is required.

mrcn88 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending completion of due diligence checks, including but not limited to anti-money laundering reviews.

mrcn88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all mrcn88 promotional offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per individual, household, IP address, and device;
• Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn;
• mrcn88 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns — may result in bonus cancellation and Account review;
• Winnings generated from bonus funds in excess of any stated cap may be forfeited.

All bets placed through the mrcn88 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the applicable betting product (sportsbook, live casino, slots, etc.) as published within each product section. General betting rules include:

• Bets are void if a transaction error has occurred, the event is cancelled, or results cannot be independently verified;
• mrcn88 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error;
• All bets are final once confirmed. mrcn88 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where expressly permitted within specific product rules;
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event as displayed within the applicable product;

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities in connection with your use of the mrcn88 Platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Accessing the Platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or other non-human means;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Platform;
• Holding more than one Account with mrcn88;
• Allowing any third party to use your Account;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform's availability or integrity.

mrcn88 reserves the right to terminate any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold any Wallet balance pending investigation, and report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the mrcn88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and game content, is the property of mrcn88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any mrcn88 content without prior written consent from mrcn88.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mrcn88 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof;
• Any technical failure, communication line failure, or data corruption;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Privacy

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data in connection with your use of the mrcn88 Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. • Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently.

12. Termination & Suspension

mrcn88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete or maintain KYC verification requirements;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Account activity that mrcn88 reasonably suspects to constitute money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Regulatory or legal requirements compelling mrcn88 to do so.

Upon termination for cause, mrcn88 may withhold Wallet balances pending investigation. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to Member misconduct, any verified Wallet balance will be returned to the Member via the most recent verified withdrawal method.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mrcn88 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting mrcn88 customer support. mrcn88 will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.

14. Amendments

mrcn88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, mrcn88 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Members via the email address associated with their Account or through a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the mrcn88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
